Sav Pillay is a proud resident of Douglas County and an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in senior advisory and management roles for several Fortune 500 companies and technology startups. Passionate about giving back to his community, Sav has served on multiple community boards, including as a board member for the Denver Scholarship Fund and the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Alumni Association. He is also actively involved in Colorado’s growing startup ecosystem as an investor and mentor to entrepreneurs and early-stage companies.

Sav deeply understands the importance of responsible water management in our growing communities and believes that access to clean, affordable water is not just a utility—it is the foundation of our homes, businesses, and way of life. As a member of the Roxborough Water and Sanitation District (RWSD) Board of Directors, he is committed to advocating for smart water policies that balance growth with conservation, ensuring that our communities continue to thrive for generations to come.
