Kim DeGrande has proudly called Roxborough Park home for 33 years. She has been married to her husband Rick for 42 years, and they have 3 children and 5 grandchildren, who have all been raised in Roxborough. As a dedicated community member, she has played a vital role in organizing and leading local events such as the Annual Roxborough Music Festival, Easter Egg Hunt, 4th of July Bike Parade, Breakfast with Santa, Community Game Nights, and Flourishing in Roxborough for senior resources. She also founded the 80125 Business Network, fostering connections among local businesses.
With 32 years of experience as a licensed Realtor and 14 years as the owner of RE/MAX EDGE in the Roxborough Safeway Center, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge in real estate and business management. Her deep understanding of property values, development, and local infrastructure gives her a unique perspective on water supply and long-term sustainability.
Kim recognizes the critical importance of water in Colorado and appreciates the foresight of former General Manager Larry Moore in securing a sustainable water future. She is committed to ensuring responsible water management for the benefit of current and future residents.
